Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is a stand-up guy. Here he is caught on amateur video doing some juvenile antics. I think this once and for all answers the question "Are all Italian men horny bastards?"



Check out his verbal gaffes. I admit he doesn't come close to the inanity of BushSpeak but there are some winners in this list. For instance, he promised to abstain from sexual activity during his campaign to appeal to "family" voters and has proven his lack of humility by saying "I am the Jesus Christ of politics...I sacrifice myself for everyone."
