That's CNN's favorite xenophobic ratings whore Lou Dobbs explaining why celebrating St. Patrick's Day is un-American. I wonder if Lou knows that today is Tartan Day, a holiday devoted to Scottish heritage which was commissioned by the US Senate in 1998.
