Far-right leader Jean-Marie Le Pen has a long history of xenophobic nastiness going back to his career torturing Algerians during the 1950s. Can't you picture him watching the Battle of Algiers with Dick Cheney and reminiscing "in zee old days I would waterboard zee Mooslims for hours and hours and never get tired!"
Let's hope the French don't let this wanker run for president. Just this past summer he blamed France's loss in the World Cup final on the coach's selection of too many dark-skinned players. Well, he's 79 years old. Let's wish for a quick death and good riddance.
